Milan – Generali Investments will launch its first active exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for investors in Europe later this year, marking an expansion of its investment platform into the ETF segment.

The initiative is part of the Company’s broader strategy to extend its range of active investment solutions and provide clients with access to a diversified set of investment vehicles.

Generali Investments will set up its own branded and fully dedicated ICAV in the second half of the year, while the investment management activities will be delegated to Generali Investments’ platform affiliates.

The initial product offering will feature selected capabilities from Generali Investments’ platform, structured as active ETFs across both equities and fixed income. The companies involved in the first phase will be Generali Asset Management, Global Evolution, Sycomore AM and Plenisfer, each contributing specific expertise across asset classes and strategies. Further launches with other affiliates are planned throughout 2027.

The ETFs will be listed on selected European market exchanges, enabling distribution across the region.
